Windows tfenv? VScode tfenv?

I wish these were the case.

Windows in general has very poor support from OSS community, because Microsoft has not made it really easy sadly. Currently, Microsoft is pushing WSL2, which doesn't help if you need a GUI.

Fortunately, someone has made Invoke-Terraform powershell tool to download Terraform.
